Hello,
Thank you for the interest in my announced apartment. Little about me, actually i am Daniele Corti, i am originally Italian Citizen. I have to rent out my fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment because its vacant as i started a new work that took me away to Geneva (Switzerland ).I am looking for some one to rent the apartment and that will take the apartment like its his/her own as i am away from the apartment and i will only be visiting occasionally just to check up and i will leave immediately(not gonna sleep over night anytime i come for check up and i will only come whenever i am permitted) .

You can rent the apartment for a long time as long as you intend to stay as i am away and will be residing at the company residents here in Geneva for some years.I frequently stay in the UK (Scotland) as i use to have 4 days in Switzerland and the last 3 Days of the week in UK .

The whole 2 bedroom apartment is 4000 DKK per Month which also includes all bills while a room is 2000 DKK per Month and also includes all bills and utilities and the Refundable deposit for a room is 4000 dkk while for the whole apartment is 8,000 DKK.The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped,the rooms are furnished with beds in each room. The apartment is also equipped with TV, CD, fridge, internet, chairs, wardrobe,reading table,AC,Heater,cooker,washing

machine,dish washer ETC ....

My Terms and Condition are :

1:I want some one that will take good care of my property like its his/her own..

2:I will only allow pets that are registered and that has references

3:I will not allow late night and every time partying in my apartment

4:I dont allow paints or any much extra decoration in my apartment as its well painted and decorated already

5:Little decoration or tools fixing or photo hanging can be allowed based on agreement..

6:Maximum number of people to stay is 4, which i sence to be probably 2 in each room.

Im sorry if the terms and condition above is any how complicated, just that i need someone to take good care of my property at my absence ..

The apartment is 96m2 and its located in a very peaceful,secure and cool environment,its situated at le 25 Tordenskjoldsgade, Copenhagen 1055,Denmark ,it is a 2bedrooms with 1 kitchen,toilet and bathroom in each room and a living room.Let me know if you are still interested in the apartment and if you will like to proceed on the rent.
