I can reserve my property for you till you come to London but I will like to let You know that there are some other interested candidates but You are among the top candidates after reading through Your last email and I see You sound responsible but note that i will only deal on a first come first serve basis.
If You really want My apartment to be secure and reserved for you,You will have to make a refundable security and damage deposit with 1 month rent of 800 GBP via western union money transfer with the name of anybody close to you as the sender's name and your name as the receiver's name in London instead of mine immediately after I confirm from western union that the deposit has truly been sent by you, i can reserve my property for you and shelve aside other interested candidates who may pay the deposit before you if you are not fast enough, so when you arrive in London you will be the same one to pick up your money since your name will be the receiver's name and also that I know You are really serious as you sound and also capable of paying the rent, as soon as you look the place and you love it we can go to nearest western union office close and you pick the money and pay me hand to hand so we proceed to sign all necessary form.
Another reason for these actions is that I had a bitter experience recently in the hands of one so-called interested couple who made Me fly down from Liverpool claiming He was interested in My property and on getting to the London,I waited for Him at the meeting spot and the idiot ended up wasting My precious time and money coming to London only for Him to call Me later on that He was sorry and that He will not be able to rent My flat anymore because the person He was expecting money from disappointed Him so I have resolved that anybody interested in My flat must show signs of seriousness by paying a deposit of 800 GBP via a self transfer,meaning you the reciever of the money in London and any of your friend or close relatives The sender before I travel down to the London and reserve my property for you till you come to London.
I am not in anyway after your money and that was why i never said you should send the deposit directly to me.
At the moment,I am still trying to recover from the bitter experience I had recently in the hands of that man so after making the transfer,get back to Me with the evidence that You have made the deposit by scanning a copy of the western union money transfer receipt or simply send the details via email just in case You do not have access to a scanner and after I have confirmed with western union that the deposit has been truly made by you,I will issue a receipt to You as an evidence of part payment of the refundable security and damage deposit.

Note; When you get to the Western union you dont tell the agent that you want to make a transfer to show proof of a flat as the transfer cost will be very exorbitant when you tell the clerk that, so and you dont tell them anything when you get there and proceed to make the transfer with your friend.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send money (again via Western Union) in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
