Please note: In order to validate the transaction and confirm that you agree to proceed you have 24 working hours to reply us with a clear picture of your Driver license, Passport or ID. If you fail to do so, We'll understand that you're no longer interested and this rental transaction will be immediately cancelled.

Airbnb Financial Team:

1. Tenant and owner agree on transaction terms and a rental per month price. The landlord contacts Airbnb with the transaction details;

2. Airbnb accepts the transaction and offers protection to the tenant, if the transaction is declined, no further action is required from either the tenant or the owner;

3. The tenant sends payment and the signed contract to Airbnb. When payment is received, it will be verified and secured. After the payment is secured, the tenant is notified by Airbnb and the package including keys and contract is shipped to tenant.

4. The Tenant receives the keys and the rental contract and has 3 days property inspection. If it is as expected and as agreed with landlord, the tenant should accept the contract. If he refuses the property by any reason, the tenant must send the keys back to the Airbnb office and contract is cancelled. A full refund is provided within 24 hours if contract is cancelled.
