I will like to begin with a brief description about myself and my flat:
My name is Kimberley Michelle Rowe,I am 24 years old, easy going, tidy and non smoker female.I am glad that you are interested in renting my room and I will be looking forward to having a wonderful stay with you should you succeed in reserving it.
I love meeting new people and also a like having a time-out with relatives and friends whenever I am less busy.My father and mother used to live in the flat before my father's demise which has led to my mother's relocation.
Since I am currently on an internship attached to my late father's company in Turkey,I will be resuming for my masters in Auckland City soonest once the internship program has been concluded but I will be available at anytime for you to move into the apartment on the specified date as long as I am sure of your interest.
The most important thing is that,I am looking for someone to share daily life and common value with. so the ideal person i will like to share my flat with must be a neat, trust worthy person and the person must be capable of paying the rent on a consistent basis as long as he/she continues to stay in the apartment.
There are Three bedrooms available in the flat, One is for me, any one of the room in the picture is about to be reserved for you(which has it's toilet and bath en-suite).So the only thing we will have to share together in the apartment is the kitchen and the living room.
The apartment is located at 50, Collingwood Street, Auckland City.The rent is $230 weekly and $920 for one month(which include the utilities such as Water/Sewer, gas, internet access etc)each month while the security deposit is $1000 for just a month(which is also refundable).The apartment is very close to the Station, you can also take a light stroll to the cafes, restaurant, cinema, clubs, shops and public transport which makes the apartment to be accessible.

Air conditioning.DVD,Hifi ; Broadband Internet WIFI,Tv by Cable,Phone,TV,Bookshelf,Desk,Sofa,Chairs,Double Glass,Shelves,Armchair,Window,Parquet flooring,Coffee Table,View on courtyard.
Bedroom Details:
Bed, bathroom(ensuite) and households linen ,Double bed,Shelves,Window,Bedside lamp,Wardrobe,Cupboards.
Kitchen details:
Vacuum cleaner,Iron kettle,Fridge,Toaster,Coffee machine, washing machine,Micro wave oven,Shoulder-height kitchen cupboards,Floor-standing kitchen cupboards,Kitchen Table.
