The apartments are attached! You can rent the apartment for min. 6 months and max. 10 years, but we can extend the contract.
The apartment is fully furnished, but if you wish, you can rent it unfurnished. The additional costs are included (gas / electricity / telephone / cable / internet / parking / heating) and unlimited.
As I told you in my first email, I am at my work. Before I left Germany, I had arranged the deal with AirBnb, so my presence is not necessary. The keys and all necessary papers are in their possession, ready for delivery.
