apologyze me for me incorrect english. Anyway i hope it can let you understand what happened and to recognize the scammers frauded me behind amsapartmentrentals.com.
I found them as one of first results of Google research and asked for an apartment.
This is their answer:

So i transfered the money (€ 1.430,00) and they unusually sent me nn. 4 emails with almost the same content. I 've been doubly stupid because i had to understand what happened and to ask immediately to the bank my money back, But i stupdly didn't. This is the content of their emails:

I didn't read my emails for a week and when i did (instead of understand about the fraud) i try to cancel the money transfer as they wanted, but it was not possible, so i wrote about to them.
They answered:

This is the message i received from the system:

In the same time i recognized that their web site was canceled.
Then i tried to contact mr Benjamin Egger (to the address i found here: http://Removed/).
"Hi Benjam,
i sent my money to your account to rent an apartment in Amsterdam this month of october.
I recognize it doesn’t exist (like the agency Amsterdam Apartments Rental) so it’s a fraud
Give me back my money immediately or i’ve to report everything to the police.
Let me know immediately, please"
He didn't answer. So i argue is that dishonest Benjamin Egger who collected my money.
In the same time, my bank has contacted Ing Bank of Gijon (Egger'sbank) to ask my money back but they answered (last friday.. today is monday) that on the account there is no more money.
In the next days i will denounce the fraud to the authority to try to let ask again the money by anti fraud system of my bank ( as suggested by the bank) But i believe i won't have results.
Anyway i've to try.
