Thanks for your interest my house. The whole house is still available for rent and we are looking for a responsible person/family to occupy and maintain the house as soon as possible because i am going to be away for a long time..

I personally own the property and also want you to know that it's due to my transfer to New York that made me and my family to leave the property and decided to give it out for rent. We are with the keys and documents of the house, we tried to look for an agent we could give the keys and documents before we left for New York but couldn't find any we would trust. We don't want our property to be abused or taken advantage of in our absence this is why we had no option but to take the keys along with us. Since i can't show you inside my house,Please feel free to take a drive by my house anytime, till the keys are sent to you to take a look.The address is 78 Schell Ave, York, ON M6E 2S9, Canada.

I'm looking for a responsible, nice and quite person or family who would take care of my house as if it was his own house as we are not so much after the money for the rent here, all we care about is to rent my house to someone who is going to keep it clean and take proper care of my house.

The rent is $1300 and it includes all utilities,expect Cable and hydro. no extra fee for parking, you can rent it unfurnished and it's the entire house you would be renting, a deposit fee of $650 is required before moving in and pets are allowed.... there are sporting equipment.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
