I am delighted to let you know that my apartment is still presently available now even for long and short term period, and its a 1bedroom flat apartment,the money is €400 and a Security deposit will be charge for.
Actually,the apartment was being vacated 2 months ago after which the apartment was rented out last to Mrs Julian Hutchinson for good 4 months and her term ends Last 2Month before i move to London for an emergency project though the apartment was being handle by an agent before in vienna due to my schedule in London,but later i realized that he rip me off and also exploit my tenants which is and since then i decided to took over the service from him as the Lawyer advised, so i control it myself now though all the papers and keys to the apartment are with my lawyer here in London.

.living room, America Kitchen, Internet Broadband:, Cable/Satellite TV, Internet Dial Up, DVD Player, Washing Machine, Central Heating:
.- wide bed, Fitted wardrobes, Bath/ Shower room etc .

.Max number of people:1-2(if provided).
.Monthly rental price: €400.00.
.Cat and Dog is Allowed.

.Security Deposit require:€400

You will be confirming these upon our meeting to view the apartment together and signed up a contract.Therefore,i will come down to meet you in person to know you and hand over you the keys as soon as i confirm your deposit payment from you or any of your friend which the deposit is being pay to. Reason is due to my past experiences of meeting tenants even when i was so much busy here in London i got many disappointment while meeting tenants without knowing whether they re ready to take the apartment or not,It was later i realized most of tenant have no money ready for the rent just to view then ab scorn. So i have to confirm your seriousness before coming down to meet you and take you to the apartment myself to view. But before then read through the Terms below very well and Kindly give an Answers to all...

2.Do you accept to sign-up the Rental agreement documents prior my arrival to view you my apartment? (YES/NO)

3:Do you Accept to pay the deposit payment before/after signing the contract documents before Coming to view you my apartment Likely handover the keys if you will take it.(YES/NO).

4: What is your Nationality, briefly tell me little things about yourself

So once i received your positive response then we can proceed with the contract procedures and the procedures will be very fast and it will not take a long time as am a busy type myself but its all left to you if you're ready.
