I have available the apartment located in Central London Via fulham with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, because I moved with my job to Newcastle and I need money to pay the rent here.. This is the main reason I want to rent at this price and also to find a good person for my apartment. I can rent you the apartment for you as long as you want to stay cos i have 3 years contract in Newcastle for this period that is why i want to rent out my apartment.. I'm the owner of the apartment.The rent 1month is 400pounds including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator). You can move in the flat the same day when you receive the keys. As just to quickly let you know my requirement for initial move in is (800pounds ) that's 2month for rent payment in advance, plus refundable 180pounds for security deposit which total is 980pounds for moving in. with no taxes to pay again.And did you want me to reserve it for you?bcos i have other contact for the apartment.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member (see below).

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Cos I'm quite sure you will like to see the apartment before making payment and i think it's not fair me asking you to send me money for the property you haven't access to know if suit your taste or not.cause the person that disappointed me before also sent me his bank statement of his account which at last disappoint me and i wont like to experience such thing again

So i rather suggest you give the money to any of your relatives or friend to deposit it on your name down to LONDON through western union and you send me the senders and receivers name for me to verify by calling any of the western union office here to know if the money was really deposited on your name down to LONDON,as soon as they confirm to me that the money has been deposited,then i will make the reservation for you as soon as possible and also rush down to LONDON to put things in order for you to move in on the said date,as this will allow you to access the flat,before paying me in cash,as all you will need to do after accessing the flat to find out it's okay,then both of us can then walk into any western union office around there in LONDON to withdraw the 980pounds to pay me in cash,cos you are the receiver(100% beneficiary of the money)...Thereafter will can quickly fill the contract form for both parties to sign,leave you with the flat keys and receipt of payment for you to move in on the same day.

NB:Am not asking you to send money on my name or to my bank account,all am asking,is a payment proof by giving the 980pounds to any of your friend/relatives to send it on your name/info to LONDON through western union and you send me the receiver,senders name or a scan receipt of payment for me to call any western union office here in LONDON to verify if the money has been deposited to LONDON cause the agent will give them a slip to fill and inside the slip... this is what they will write inside it:
SENDER'S NAME: YOUR FRIEND NAME
RECEIVER OF MONEY NAME: YOUR NAME
SENDER'S ADDRESS: YOUR PRESENT ADDRESS
RECEIVER'S ADDRESS: LONDON
AMOUNT: 2MONTH RENT WITH SECURITY DEPOSIT CHARGE

About the transfer charge...i shall refund the transfer charge back to you when we meet or you can deduct it from the rent if you wish...ok

Hope this arrangement is fare enough?as i will be waiting for the proof as soon as possible.
