Hi,

Thanks for your response and Inquiry. The Flat is still vacant.

A bit about me: I am 28years old, Female professional. I have just moved to Leicester to work with a Media outfit as a Radio Presenter. I have a 24 months renewable contract so i'd be away for close to 3 years.

The Flat is Located on Venn street, Clapham Common, London, SW4 0AZ.

The Monthly rent is £720 per month and it includes All Bills. Bills like Council Electricity, Cable T.V, Water,T.V License and Gas all
Covered.

A Refundable deposit of £720 which will deposited with Tenant SecurityDeposit Ltd {TSDL}, will be received along with the Rent before Moving in.

Could you please tell me a bit about yourself and where you are presently located?

Please i have just 2 questions. They are:
Will you be able to take good care of my Flat like your own?
Are you capable of funding the rent and refundable deposit before moving in?

The flat is fully furnished with follwoing facilities:

- One Huge Bedroom for Double Bed
- Huge living room,

I have attached some images of some parts of the Apartment.

Hope to get your response soon.

Warmest Regards

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
