I am so happy to read back from you. Firstly i want you to know that the apartment is still available for rent. Below are some vital information you need to know about my apartment. It cost 400euro monthly together with all bills such as water, electricity, gas e.t.c and also a 500euro security deposit payment which is refundable while packing out of my apartment if there is no damage or loss of my properties.
The apartment is situated at Schuttevaerkade 28, 8021 DB Zwolle, Netherlands and it is close to its metro station,my apartment is spacious, it is about 40sqm. there are restaurant and public transport all around and it's 8mins walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area in Zwolle.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I also read and understood all you have said and i am ready to help you so i will accept 350euro from you as the rent including all bills. i will also rent out my apartment to you if you can assure me that you will take good care of it in my absence because i am presently in Uk, i just came down here to work and i am with the keys of my apartment. You are also free to bring in your kittten
For you to get the place reserved we will both sign a rental agreement contract which will be prepared by my lawyer then i will post the keys of the apartment and the payment receipt to you via DHL express (1-2 days delivery ) after your deposit payment which is your first month rent and the security deposit has been confirmed.
Please get back to me as soon as you can as i will need some info from you which i will send to my lawyer to prepare the rental agreement contract.
