Room for Rent and other rental scams

Short heads up so it can be google'd: www.london-holidaylets.co.uk is a site which belongs to rental scammers - Site was created yesterday yet they claim copyright since 2007, and the bank account they've used has been used with at least a dozen other fake apartment sites.

The people behind this site do not own the apartments advertised, if they even exist. Do not send them any money.
Dear Sir,

Our Chelsea Residence 1 Bedroom Apartment in Chelsea, London is available on those dates.

The price for your duration is £315 for the 7 nights.

All bills, linen and towels are included in the price.

Also payable is a refundable damage deposit of £200. This includes any damage to the property and any outstanding telephone calls.

If the property is left in a mutual state and there are no outstanding telephone, calls the deposit will be refunded cash on departure.

In order to secure the property 30% payment is required including the damage deposit. The remainder is due on arrival.

If the rent rate is paid in full on booking then subject to a 5% discount without a security deposit.
Total deposit required is: £294.

You will receive our booking form and Bank details, if you wish to proceed.
On receipt of the form and the payment you will be booked into the property.
