Just got this one from [email protected] - these guys are never tired.

"My name is Capek Matej and personally i own this property in: Hybernská 1009/24, Prague 110 00, Czech Republic. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room, (surface-110 m²), located on 4th floor. It comes fully furnished, is very clean, quiet, and you can move in immediately. It has cable TV, high-speed internet, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are parking spot and if you prefer to use your own furniture there is a storage unit where you can deposit my furniture. Well behaved pets are allowed. The area is good and a very safe neighborhood. The monthly rent is Czk 16,000 - utilities included (Cable, water, sewer, electricity, heat) and please note that the rent is for the entire apartment. Also, i ask two months security deposit, (the security deposit is a guarantee for my goods and will be refunded at end of the contract if no damages are made to the apartment).
Because i travel more with my job i will not use it for a long period of time so, i am looking for someone to rent anywhere from 1 month to 3 years or more (you can rent it for as long as you want). I'm looking for a responsible person that can take a very good care of my apartment because i had some bad tenants and now I had the property completely refurbished (see attached photos). As you can see I am not after a high profit, but after good tenants who will treat my property as their own home and I hope that you can send me some personal information about yourself: how many people do you plan to live in the apartment? for how long? if you have a regular income, etc..
The property is being managed by Airbnb and they will handle the whole rental process. I used it in the past and I was very pleased for their services. If you want to know more about the rental process please get back to me and I will send you the step by step procedure.
