My name is Andrea,An Event Planner and i am working here in the UK since 2 months ago,i stayed before in one of the 2 rooms while the other room is rent to another tenant,
And now that i am working in the UK i need to rent the room to a friendly good tenant who will take care of the flat and will not cause any trouble or nuisance within.The flat owner is my Mum but i was the one staying in the room because she's no longer in Berlin because she's old and can not be alone so she moved to stay with my Brother.


Flat Amenities:
The Kitchen has a Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Micro wave, coffee machine, Kettle and every other kitchen Utensils.
Shower bath, Washing machine.Living Room:TV with cable, DVD,Home Theartre, Phone, Internet


The Rent and Deposit:
Living Cost per calendar month is 400 Euros and bills inclusive.
Security Deposit is 500 Euros which will be giving back to the tenant at the end of his or her stay in the flat.



Flat Address:
Jungstr.13, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, 10247 Berlin, Germany,great transport connections. The Alexanderplatz square is just 5 underground stops away,The Samariterstraße U-Bahn (underground) station is a 3-minute walk from the flat.


Rooms:
The flat has 2 rooms,One is rent by another tenant and now i am renting my own personal room and the size is 20m2 while the whole flat is 70m2.

3-Like i told you am working as a facilitator and event planner in the United Kingdom, which is why am a very busy person.I am going to rent the room for long term
because of my work here

4-I don't smoke and i don't hate smokers but i don't like tenants to smoke in the flat but they can at the balcony of the house,as you can see in the pictures the room is newly painted and i will not move anything out the room except my few things and the documents i have in the wardrobe.

If you are okay and will be a good tenant then i can rent the room for you,But i like a tenant who pays his or her rent whenever is due because i don't like to disturb the tenants peace .I am calm and understand and i don't give the tenants any trouble.
