Rental Scammer - Karl Kimble

I actually broke out laughing at 'because you sound septic from your email, and thats very wrong' when I received this from a contributor. I shouldn't have but somehow it tickled the heck out of my cynical funny bone...

Thanks you for the mail and your sincerity,i really understand how you feel sending the refundable deposit payment before i could come down to show you round the apartment and handover the keys to you.I just want you to have it at the back of your mind that the deposit is highly Refundable, because you sound septic from your email, and thats very wrong, if you are thinking that I just wanted to take your money for nothing. When I known how people worked and earn their money, I will never think of taking some advantages over you and your money, please take that out of your mind, that is really awful thing on the earth that I will never think about doing. Please understand me better, I was not trying to lure you into this, everything about me and my apartment are 100% real ok, i want you to know one thing that ,i have the fear of God and i so much believe in his words and i wouldn't do such a thing when i have blood running through my vain,all you need is to scan the Refundable security deposit receipt with the contract document back to me for final confirmation by my lawyer,so that i can come over to show you and handover the keys to you in person,I just need someone responsible like you to make the apartment clean and tidy for me because the apartment has been locked up ever since i got a new job down here in England.
But if you still don't feel comfortable with my condition,you can probably look for another apartment somewhere else,I'm just very sorry that i wont be able to meet up without confirming the Refundable security payment because i don't want the past ugly incident to occur to me again where by i flew down there to show a tenant the apartment on my arrival i realize this tenant are not ready yet with the apartment so i just wasted my money and time for nothing that was why my lawyer advised me to make sure i confirm the deposit payment before coming over to show anyone the apartment to confirm the seriousness of the person.
Please i will be waiting to hear from you as soon as possible so as to know what to tell my lawyer and decision to take because there is someone else willing to rent my apartment but i told him you are already processing your moving into my apartment.
