Note: We will only accept a tenant who is willing to pay 2 months rent
and a security deposit. So if you are serious, kindly fill the form below

Applicant Full Name:????

Once I her from you with the above information I will email you my phone # for further discussion.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member (see below).

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I am writing to inform you that my wife have selected you as our #1 candidate which has made you our potential tenant that we are renting our unit to.

Which mean I will have to fly down from seward,Alaska to meet with you in NY....Before I come down I would like to know if you are ready and have the total of 1 month rent and security deposit? because I have had to travel all the way to a disappointment by a renter previously where the renter had issues with his pay check therefore causing me a wasted time, air fare and other expenses. So I'm not ready to go through same experience again.

However, IF YOU CAN PROVE TO US THAT YOU HAVE THE FUNDS FOR 1 MONTHS RENT AND A SECURITY DEPOSIT?(definitely not by sending us money) I can fly down to meet with you in person to close the deal with you and fly back to seward,Alaska, that way I will not have to spend cash.provided we close the deal..so we will be waiting to haere from you asap..

Just to be sure that you have the cash at hand, I and my Wife thought about you involving a third party from your end ( your friend or family member that is close by) and send the 1 months and security deposit to him or her through Western Union Money Transfer..Once I am able to look up the deposit online at <https://wumt.westernunion.com/asp/orderStatus.asp?country=global,> to see the status: funds Available. I will then fly down to meet with you face to face ,after you have seen the Unit and sign the lease, Me , you and the person that the money was sent to, can easily walk down to the closest Western Union Money Transfer store to pick up the cash and then I get paid.

However, If in any case you do not like the Unit, what you do is go back to where the money was sent from and cancel the transaction and your money will be refunded to you.. But I know that you are going to love the apartment once you set your eye on it.

I hope you understand the situation IT IS RISK FREE and NOT AN UPFRONT PAYMENT BECAUSE THE MONEY WILL BE DEPOSIT TO YOUR.(your friend or family member)
I wish to hear back from you soon.

Regards.
