Caroline Adams rents a flat-room in Dusseldorf,Germany

So as I was looking for a room in Dusseldorf through wg-gesucht.de I sent like 15 mails to different users. One of them was Caroline Adams(fake name) with an email address of [email protected] which answered to my initial email with the following message.

"Hallo,

Thanks for your interest in my offer, i am offering out my two-bedroom
flat 87metres square whole flat and 18metres square each room. The
flat is Well furnished, the flat is ideal for rental and has two
bedrooms attached with separate bathroom and toilet and a modern
spacious kitchen (fit-in appliances), such as central
heating,gas,double glazing,dish washer. The flat is located at
Heinrichstr. 52 40239 Düsseldorf. The apartment is situated on the
second floor of the building, the entire flat cost 600euros per
calender month with a caution fee of 550euros which is refundable when
you are moving out of the apartment..while a room cost 300euros plus a
caution fee of 550euros. all charges such as electricity, internet,
cost of gas and water are included in the monthly rent..if this suite
your need do not hesitate to reply me via the e-mail.

Initially it seems to be a too much of a good deal to pass on. Then it becomes cloudy as you start asking questions. For example, I asked for contact details and the scammers answered with :
"Hello,

Thanks for the reply, the flat is free now and you can move in as soon
as possible but sorry viewing the flat wont be possible for now cos am
out of town already i just relocated here in England few days back due
to my new job and that is the main reason i am renting out the flat
but i can send you some of the flat pictures to see and decide on.

So the first indicative clue of a scam is the fact that the apartment is not available for viewing. Secondly I searched Google Street View and the location is a home and not a multifloor building.
Thirldy I added them on whatsapp and had the conversation which is in the pictures.

I got an offer from the same lady in Freiburg. With exactly the same text. So this is a clear case...

I also got the same offer from the same email with the same text but in Bonn
