Room for Rent and other rental scams

Beware of a rental scam under the name of Yvette B. Horvath Milford (will tell you to chat on Whatsapp with the UK number +447852220412). She will tell you the landlords of her flat are her parents who live in Leeds, therefore the deposit and transfers have to be sent to them. If it is done via a normal bank, she'll tell you it's not fast enough and that she needs them via Western Union or MoneyGram. Then, she'll tell you there was an address issue during the money transfer and that you must do another one. Even if she sends you a copy of "her" passport, a contract and transaction bills, they're FAKE.
She won't meet you on the day your contract is supposed to start (because of an imaginery trip to her parents'), so she'll "send you money" for a hotel + for a weird transaction that you have to do via Western Union to Macedonia (to a guy named Naum Pocev), without asking you for it. She never sent the money.
Beware of any fishy landlords with that kind of methods.

Hi Sem sossah,

Well she got him and he never got his money back (we're talking more than 2000€)
When my bf arrived in Dublin she told him she couldn't meet him and that he had to find a hotel for the night. She told him she was going to pay but he never received the money. Here's my advice : find something else NOW otherwise you won't have a roof on the first day (or more) of your stay in Dublin. Try to go to the police in order to get your money back.
