Thank you for the interest in my announced apartment..Fabulous brand new modern furnished 2 bedroom 115 m2 apartment with bathtub and shower right next to World Trade Centre. This apartment lies on the 6th floor of the new Symphony luxury complex in the heart of Amsterdam's business district next to the Metro, train and access to Schiphol airport, as well as all the health clubs, bars and restaurants of Amsterdam Zuid.. All the furnishings are brand new in this apartment which was only finished in 2010, free INTERNET WIFI, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 extra people. It has 2 bedrooms which cost 650euro per month and the deposit which is refundable after the staying of the tenant is 900euro, There are two good sized bedrooms, a bright living area flooded with light from 2 sides, a modern open kitchen with all modern appliances, and a beautiful parquet floor covering adds the finishing touch to this luxury residence.

The fresh bathroom contains a bathtub and separate shower cabinet and is wonderfully tiled with 2 smart separate washbasins.. We also provide you a washing machine, an iron and iron board and a phone with free national calls. A free cot for a child is available if needed. All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped.The apartment is located on a 1st floor.

I have to rent out my fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment because its vacant as i started a new work that took me away to London.You can rent the apartment for a long time as long as you intend to stay as i am away and will be residing at the company residents here in London for some years.I frequently stay in the Geneva as i use to have 4 days in London and the last 3 Days of the week in London .

MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE:

1.I want some one that will take good care of my property like its his/her own..

2.I will only allow pets that are registered and that has references

3.Cleaning of the apartment is important

4.I will not allow late night and every time partying in my apartment

5.Destruction of my Property is highly Prohibited
