Amazing and suite apartment close to lots of interesting places.The area has lots of attraction centers like nice Cafés, Restaurants, and Bars. It is hard to stay more central, you can walk around the neighborhood from the flat and will find so much to discover!!! Two bedrooms are fitted with comfortable double beds and a third room has a singles bed. You will find a stylish living area with contemporary furniture, perfect for relaxing in front of the provided flat screen TV after a long day exploring the city. International channels are accessible for your entertainment. A well designed fitted kitchen is installed with everything you need to make you own meals for you and your guests. The apartment has its own private bathroom with shower, bath and wash basin and two toilets.
Excellent public transports links can be accessed nearby taking you quickly to and from Central Station and of course the airport. The transportation link to other parts of the city is also excellent . Also close to shops, restaurants, public transport

The rent is CHF 850 per month and Deposit of CHF 750, which will be refundable at the end for the stay. Internet and all bills are included in the rent. The apartment is available it all depends on how long you want to stay in it.

Thanks for showing more interest. I will love to know more about you. The rent is CHF 850 per room including the bills ( electricity, water, gas, heat, etc and the refundable security deposit is CHF 750 its non-negotiable. The apartment is vacant, it depends on your duration of stay long term let is accepted as well,and the contract is renewable.
About viewing, I will need to come down for the viewing I can post the keys directly to you. Am away in now presently in London for something very important to me and my family so I will be here for awhile. Also, since I don't know your time schedule too I think that would be the best option right now. More so
I'm tired of tenant asking for viewing, have had several potential tenants show up for viewing and later turn out to be waste of time and resources, so therefore have come to a conclusion that there must be a commitment from both sides, if we are to get things done.
However this are subject to us in the agreement with the rules and regulations set out in the contract/lease agreement for the both parties to sign.
About the rooms once again- All rooms are en-suite with big bed size which two people can sleep comfortable and each room have private bathroom/toilet while the kitchen and living room are the areas to be shared with the other flatmate. Each rooms has its heating system, these are all in place for your comfort and also a private park is provided. Our visitors policy is flexible, you can receive visitors at will but you must put in a written notice if any visitor will be staying for more than two weeks. The three rooms are available but am thinking of renting out two of the rooms.
Pets are allowed, as far as you will be 100% responsible for them and there mess by cleaning up time to time.
If you are interested in making reservation/booking get me informed as soon as possible for the lawyer to make necessary documentation, then it will be forwarded to you. Payment can be make through bank transfer or money agent that is reliable.
If you want to continue with the reservation/booking by signing the contract/Tenancy agreement form and the payment of the first month rent and deposit
