Your ad on share accommodation interests me that you need an accommodation for rent , I have two spare rooms in my 3 bedroom apartment which is available for rent immediately.
Furnished sky home on the 9th floor of 391/30 Macrosan Street Brisbane QLD 4000
3BR - 2 bathrooms unit with large terrace and expansive city and river views in Skyline Apartments.
The property is nicely presented with modern furnishings, and stylish city prints.
Kitchen is equipped with stone bench tops, stainless steel 4 burner gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.
The spacious lounge comes with two leather sofas, flat screen TV, dining room table for six persons, plus outdoor dining table for six guests.
The master bedroom has a generous en-suite with double basins, separate toilet, double size shower and access to a second rear balcony.
The second bedroom comes with double bed and a bathroom with shower above bath, while the third bedroom is used by me. Ducted-air and separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
There are two separate car park spaces plus a designated storage area, secure building and lift access.
Skylines Apartment is an elegant complex along the well renowned Riverside precinct. It is the only building in the CBD with full size tennis court, pool, spa, gym, steam room and barbecue area.
Rent is reasonable at only 500$per month including Utility bills(Internet,electricity etc) and 500$ refundable bond deposit for the apartment. Let me know if you are interested so that i can book your reservation asap.

Thanks for your keen interest in my apartment.My name is Balletta Antonella,Am an Italian but,live in Brisbane Australia for years.I am cool,easy going and Clean.I am 27 years not married, am a Business lady/event manager.
I supply Local/international fabrics and Handcrafts exclusively to stores in Australia and other Countries.
I am not in Brisbane,Australia at the moment because,I lost my father and as the head of the family i have to go back home to make necessary Funeral arrangements and also plans for the management of the family business which will take me few weeks before i get back to Brisbane.
So for now,am in London,UK for an auditioning which will be lasting 4 weeks before my arrival back to the AU and the keys/documents of the house are with me here.I dont want my apartment to be used anyhow in my absence that's why I took them along with me here because,i lost so many things the last time i dropped my keys for anyone that wants to view my apartment for rent and am not ready to loose anything again.
I hope you will take very good care of the apartment as I am not around. I will consider you to share my apartment with a friend if you cant afford it and also have a pet in the apartment if they are trained and clean.If you are comfortable with the price (500 monthly with security deposit of 500) and willing to proceed,You can kindly get back to me so we can make an arrangement on how to get the keys across to you for your viewable interest and move in as well.

However you can still move in while am still away, because i deposited the Spare Keys of the apartment with the DHL Office over there so if you really want to move in I will send you the Reference Number (code number) that you will present at the DHL Office so as to get the spare keys that I deposited with them or better still I can send the Keys, directly to your present address.

So many in-discrepancies. Firstky the "reason" they are in london... they gave two very different ones. Also "she" states that the keys are in London but soon after says they are in Brisbane with a company being held.
Also to those not used to scammers note, if someone is going to be your housemate it is normal to want to meet them. If someone is offering you a room and doesn't bother wanting to meet you, something ain't right!
