Here is lovely 2 bedroom flat. i room is available for rent .it is
located a perfect area,4/59 Tait Street Kelvin Grove QLD 4059.
Spacious & quiet 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished available for
rent with a very convenient atmosphere, but I live in one of the rooms
but I have 1 room available to lease out. My apartment has been
recently refurbished and very high standard of interior design. The
property briefly comprises the following: Open living area, spacious
bedroom with balcony, tiled & air-conditioned, modern kitchen,
bathroom and a second balcony off the living area with Slide robes
utility cupboard (separate washer & dryer), Microwave, spacious living
and dining room, kitchen with up to the minute appliances including a
Phone jack, TV,Cable jack, Closet, Internet access(wireless), parking
space with free access to the city center.i just bought a new washing
maching so must be taken care of. That's all I could say for now until
you have a taste of my place. I'm looking to rent out my place to a
neat, honest and responsible person to share my available flat. I have
successfully attached some picture of my apartment for you to imagine
what I am talking about. The rent is ($800/Month per room) Bills and
utilities included , Bond: $700 (The Bond is a refundable security
deposit). the rooms are still available or if you want me to reserve
the room for you let me know asap.I wish you the best in your search

Not only does this have the usual signs of bad english, conveniently all bills are included and it is also a long long way from where I am looking to rent but I google maps'd the address and there are no apartments on the street, houses only. It is always a warning sign to me when they say something about "Reserve the room" or "sign you up" as it suggests nothing about seeing the property nor meeting any other tenants

and still more roll in! This is out of hand, I have had probably double or more scammers email me since I started looking for a place than I have had legitimate people. I wish there was a way to stop this. Below are some more I gave received since.

Hello there,It's good to know you're in need of an apartment to live and i have been notified from the share-accommodation site. I'm happy to bring to your notice that i have a 3 bedroom apartment located at 305/160 Roma Street, Brisbane QLD 4000, I occupied one of them at the moment,two tenants whom lived with me moved out about a couple of months ago, they traveled back to Thailand, So I just decided to rent out the place as am lonely living in the house alone.
Like I said in my profile Christine Soper is my name, 28yrs old female , professional, straight, Christian, I grew up in Sydney, I like adventures , honest and clean.

My place is conducive, affordable, neat, popularly located in the heart of CBD, Roma Street Mall, cafes, restaurants and everything else Brisbane's CBD has to offer. It is also close to all public transport, such as train, bus, & tram.

It comprises of new a kitchen with stainless steel Smeg dishwasher,and so on as you can see in the pictures. Recently refurbished by my husband to a very high standard of interior design. That's all i could say for now until you have a taste of my place. I'm looking to rent out my place to a neat and responsible person to share my available rooms with.

The minimum stay is two weeks ($500/Month) utilities included such as Internet access(wireless), Parking space, electricity, water, laundry, dishwasher, kitchen utensils e.t.c , Bond: $500 (The Bond is a refundable security deposit).

Okay there is no such thing as the Roma Street Mall, never has been and there have been no trams in brisbane for many years... idiots
