Thanks for the response,presently i have all the keys and rental agreement documents with me here in West Africa which will be shipped to you with your names and address through Dhl courier service as soon as your application has been approved.I can see your willingness in renting my apartment and i am also willing to rent it to you if only you promise to come up with the monthly rent regularly,take good care of my apartment and keep it neat at all time so i will be glad to see it neat when i come around for a visit.
You can find attached the rental application form which you will have to fill up and email it back to me,please be advised that you are required to provide only rightful information about yourself.Hope to read from you soonest with the form filled up and i will get back to you with my decision in renting my apartment to you.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
