And for how long do you stay? The apartment is just like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated last year. Also very important to the utilities: water, electricity, heating, gas, internet, TV cable, dishwasher, garbage disposal, are included in the price of 400 euros per month and I believe it is convenient for both of us. All bills will be paid by me and you will only pay the money for the rent month in my bank account. The deposit is also 400 €, and you get it back if you decide to leave the apartment (you have to give me at least 1 month notice period). I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from here quickly and easily. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

In order to start the transaction send me your full information ( Full name, Date of birth, Address, City, Postal Code, Country, Phone number and Airbnb username and a copy of your ID if you want.)

If everything is in order and you want to keep the apartment, Airbnb will manage the monthly rents.
If you don’t like the apartment they will return you the money and then you will send them the keys and the contract.
I wait your email with your information to go at the Airbnb and do the documents.
