I have made the payment but got another mail like:

We have a small problem with your transfer we gave you a National Bank account and the banks system notice this and rejected your transfer. Your money will come back to you in 4,5 working days. The reserve of the apartment still remains available to your name but you have to make a new transfer urgently in this morning because if not the system will automatically cancel your reservation. So it is necessary to make the transfer as soon as possible and everything will remain as before, and here I refer to the date of the visit and documentation management. Here is again a new Bank Agent account to make us the urgent payment so we can keep your reservation active today.
