It is unfortunate that my past bitter experience of inviting people to come
and view my apartment without any form of confirmation of their financial
ability and not keeping up to time as at when scheduled, has brought about
great loss to me.
I'm sure you are honest person so please don't understand me wrong, but
some tenants are not very serious or do not have the money to pay the rent,
and yet they disturb me to arrange a viewing with their friends.
My husband and I have decided to carry out a simple test on seriousness and
financial ability before coming for viewing.
We want to use the Airbnb service (www.airbnb.com). They will handle
everything, so this transaction can be safe for both of us.
You will receive their legal invoice with the lease agreement and the
payment instructions regarding the first month's rent and security deposit.
If for some reason the apartment isn't what you're looking for (or won't be
exactly as described) then you will receive a full refund, of course.
That's how their tenancy protection policy works.
So if you agree with my proposal, then please forward your contact details
(name, address and phone number) so I can give this information to Airbnb.
They will send you the contract, tenancy agreement and all the necessary
transaction details.
Then, we will set up a place and a time when we should meet in Hamburg. At
my turn, I will book the flight ticket immediately and send you a copy of
it.
After we meet, you will inspect the apartment and I will give you the keys
so you can move in immediately.
I look forward to your response, because there are several others people
interested in my apartment.
