Hello,

My name is Forest Michel and I am a private landlord.Although I am the
owner of the flat,i don't live in it because i had to go in Irland (Dublin) with a job
contract for 3 years (I work as a doctor)..However,i will try to do my
best to come and meet you if you will decide to rent my flat. Please reply me back only
if you are really interested in renting the flat becouse I have been sent fraudulent
one in the past by time wasters...I found myself coming from Dublin just becouse of this flat and people don't have the money to pay for the rent. They just want to see how beautiful it looks the flat.
I whant to tell you that the flat is fully furnished.
- Toilet and Bathroom with Shower
- Kitchen with modern fittings
- Dish washer/Dryer
- Washing Machine

- Street Parking space available
- Tube station only ten minutes
I can rent you the flat for max. 3 years.I really want to find a good and
responsible tenant for it and I was hoping if you can tell me something
about yourself.
The price that i am looking for is £600 per month for the hole flat
including bills(gas, water, electricity and council tax).In my opinion
this is a great price for a flat like this and to be onest I recive a lot
of emails from people that are interested to live in it.I hope that I will
find the right person to take good care of the flat.

Meanwhile, Below are my terms and conditons:

When you are able to move in?
P.S To be onest I don't whant to make a profit from the rent of my house I just
whant to find somebody to take good care of the flat for me
I am waiting your email asap.
Kind regards Michel,

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
