Bonsoir,

Merci
Camilla

    Good evening,

Thank you for your interest in my apartment, it is always available. I will try to give you as much detail as possible regarding the apartment in the following email.

The complete address of the apartment is 14 Rue de la Cossonnerie - 75001 PARIS.
Everything is like the pictures, fully equipped with all the appliances you need, very clean and well maintained. I work as a civil engineer and the company I work for has developed projects around the world. Now, I received a very good offer from them to move to the Italy department, offer I accepted.
The apartment is vacant so you can move in when you want, my contract in Italy is for the next 6 years, so for this period, I will not return 100%.

The rent of 1.000 € / month is for the entire apartment and includes all utilities: heating, water, electricity, parking, laundry in the suite, washer and dryer also included, cable and internet. You will have full access to all building equipment. Just in case repairs are needed there, I will cover the costs, so no worries. The price I ask is lower than the market because I want to find a responsible tenant to take care of the place.

I am the owner of the apartment, he is already paid in full and there is no mortgage. You have everything you need nearby (public transport, schools, grocery stores, etc.). I also like pets, so if you have pets, I will have no problem, pets are allowed. Honestly
from the point of view I am sure you will love it for sure and rent it on the spot.

I would like to know how many people will live in the apartment and with what rental agreement do you prefer to start - 6 months or 1 year with option to renew?

Please let me know if you are really interested in the place so that we can discuss further.

Will be great if you speak English for better communication.

PS: I have attached all the photos I have with the apartment (as you can see, everything is in perfect condition).

     Thank you
     Camilla

Hello,

Sorry for my long email but i want to clarify all the steps. Like I said in my previous email, the company I work for moved me to Italy, and unfortunately there is a problem showing you the apartment, because I already left. The reason I haven't managed to rent the apartment before I had to leave for Italy is that someone said that will rent the apartment and haven't managed to keep the promise. I waited for him, but unfortunately he didn't managed to get the money on time, so the transaction failed and I had to leave before managing to rent it.

We will use Airbnb (www.airbnb.com), their website is main focused on short term rentals, but they also have an NEW service for long term rentals.
We use this company to protect the both of us. They will provide assistance in handling the payment and delivery of the rental package through the agent (keys and standard contract).

Regarding the process, you will have to deposit to AirBnb the first 1 month rent + 1 months as a security deposit, an total of 2.000€. Please know that I will pay for all the fees for Airbnb.

Below I will explain you step by step how the transaction with the Airbnb new service works, to avoid any misunderstanding please READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

1 - To start the process all I need are your contact details: a copy of your passport, whatsapp, full name, full address, move-in date and contract length. The contract will be a standard one from the french government and you can use it for APL if you need it.
2 - I will publish the apartment on Airbnb and i will send you the link because the AirBnb Property Management office already has the apartment keys and necessary documents.
3 - AirBnb will send you a booking confirmation(via email) and all the transaction details, steps etc.
4 - At this point you need to send the amount of 2.000€(1th month + security deposit) to the the AirBnb payment representative (lawyer escrow account) provided to you in the booking confirmation. THE PAYMENT NEEDS TO BE SENT WITHIN 24 BUSINESS HOURS AFTER YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TRANSACTION DETAILS OR ELSE THEY WILL CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
5 - As soon as the payment is completed you need to send the payment details to AirBnb. (an receipt proving that you sent them the deposit).
6 - AirBnb will verify the payment and if everything is in order they will call you to schedule the meeting between you and one of the agent to visit the apartment. He will come with the keys and the contract.
7 - You will have 5 business days (inspection time) to check the place.
8 - If you decide to rent the apartment you just need to sign the contract and email it to Airbnb and they will release the funds to me. If after the 5 days inspection you don`t want to keep the apartment you will receive a full payment refund.

PLEASE NOTE that AirBnb Property Management can NOT release the funds without your approval. You will have 5 days to inspect the apartment and decide if you want to rent it or not, in this time you will have full control of the payment. They can release the payment to me as a landlord just after they will receive the lease agreement with your signature.

Thank you and hope to hear from you soon!
Camilla
