Me llamo Carlos y soy propietario del piso situado en Av. Santa Marina. Puedo alquilar mi piso por tiempo ilimitado!
El piso es tal como se puede ver en las fotos, totalmente renovado y amueblado. Además, todos los gastos(agua,luz,internet,gastos de la comunidad) están incluidos en el precio. El precio de alquiler es de 260 € por mes y pido una fianza de 600 € cual se devuelve el día cuando usted decide salir del piso.
