My name is Meghan Chad my husband (William Chad) owned the apartment that has 2br, 2bath you are interested on, we are given it out for rent but we are looking for a responsible person that can take very good care of the apartment for us. It was due to our work transfer that made us leave the Country, i want you to know that we are not after the rent fee but we want it to be clean/tidy all the time and for this reason, we are looking for a very clean and responsible person that will rent it and ready to take care of the apartment as if he/she own it.
We are presently in our new house in London, UK and also with the Keys/Documents of the apartment you interested on. We tried looking for an agent or freind that we can hand over the keys/Document to before we left but could not see any one who we could trust and we don't want our home to be used any how by anyone and for this reason we took it along with us to the United Kingdom. So i hope you would promise us to take very good care of the home as if it were yours and if you believe you have the qualities to take great care of our properties, then you can get back to me and let me have some ideal of that or perhaps experience you have in renting home. First months rent and full month security required. Current city,Reference/credit check mandatory .
