The guarantee deposit is EUR 800,00, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). As for me, you can rest assured that I will neveu ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Portugal, so we won't disturb you.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Paola Chiara Ferraro and I'm a 56 years old , Company Director of Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. from Parma/Italy, planning to retire in the next 2 years. I have a lovely husband, Matteo and a 26 year old daughter, Rosalia. I am very proud to say that soon I'm going to be a grandmother ). Another member of our family is a 8 year old Labrador which we all love, so, I have no problem if you will keep pets.
The only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allow me to leave Parma even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I'm in charge of their training.
But this won't affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Parma (on my expense of course).

To rent my apt i has contacted a real estate from Portugal named CENTURY 21 , but i saw that they put the apt for rent at 1400 Euro and is to much and i decide to publish myself at a lower price .

Like I have informed you before, the price for 1 month of rent will be 800 Euro with all the bills included in it , and I want also a guarantee deposit 800 Euro , with no extra taxes to pay.
I want to receive the money monthly into my bank account , so I hope that will be no problem for you to wire the money .

I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see it suits your needs. The delivery for the keys and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made with Airbnb ( www.airbnb.com ) to make sure that we can trust each other , is a safe and fast company .

Yes, but if you want to keep your apartment you have to pay for it.I have many clients interested in renting my apartment and I want to be sure.
As I mentioned in my previous email, I chose the company to take care of renting the flat. I used this company in the past and I am very happy with them. You can inspect the flat in the presence of the rental agent, everything will be carried out in a safe manner and you need not to worry. I added the flat to their site (because i am user member since 2010) as well and you can rent it directly from them in an easy way.

This is how Airbnb work :

1) You need to book you stay and select the arrival date and click on Request to Book . Fill/complete the next page with your details

2) Sign into Airbnb or Sign up if you don't have an Airbnb account (user will be active instantly).

3) After your order is registered , Airbnb will contact you via email with the payment invoice and then you must make the payment (1300 Euro - first month + deposit) to the details indicated by Airbnb and send the payment confirmation via email or fax to them .

4) After you complete the transaction Airbnb agent will call you for meeting and arrange the visit/rent and all the details .

5) If you refuse to rent the apt , Airbnb will give you a full refund .
