Thank you for your interest my name is Ines Andraschko . I work as chef on Carnival Triumph (Destiny-class cruise) at the moment ,I have limited time to surf the internet and also phone calls are strictly limited due to nature of my work.

The apartment is new renovated , furnished and fully equipped .
Utility cost are included in rent price ( water, gas, heating ,electricity).
The rent is 465 Euro/ Month . The security deposit is 1000 Euro, and you get it back when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice).

As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment without announcement.

I would like to know few things about you of course, like if you have a job or not and how will you pay the rent and if the deposit is a problem for you because the apartment is free and you can move in right away.

Because the building management has strict rules about renting private properties ,they strongly recommend me to use a professional management company.
I prearranged with TripAdvisor Management to make all the necessary arrangements ,so my presence isn’t necessary.The keys and all papers needed are in their possession, ready for delivery. You will have 3 days to inspect the the apartment before you rent it .
TripAdvisor will start the delivery of keys to you ,but first you will be instructed to deposit 1465 Euro( 1 month/rent + kaution) in their account . The transaction is registered with Payment Protection ( https://www.tripadvisor.com/pages/payme ... neral.html ) .
I will need from you the following details :
-complete info (name ,address and contact details).
-move-in date and duration of lease preferred (e.g. minimum 2 Months with option of renewal).
-fotocopy / Selfi with ID ( Personalausweis ) and some photos with you.

Only once the reservation is completed, an agent can be appointed to handle the visit and inspection
