I work as an intern at Highland Juvenile Rehabilitation Center in West Africa. It is a facility for children/adolescents who have been severely abused and/or have mental disabilities and go on to commit crimes. The goal of the facility is to both treat underlying psychopathology and, in the process, give the children coping skills which will help them thrive in society.

As l said earlier on,we both resided in my apartment before she traveled to West Africa,so we both agreed to rent my apartment to somebody that will take utmost care of it,as if it were his/ her own.Due my past experience with Realtor and tenant l want to be very careful with whom we accept as my new tenant this time.To be honest with you,l have been receiving a whole lot of response regarding my apartment,but l am not sure of who to accept,because of the horrible experience l had with my last tenant,l am really taking my time to look for a responsible person that we can trust in.

l don’t ever want to take the risk of putting my apartment in care of a Realtor again,because he was the one that leased my apartment to someone that destroyed most of my valuable home appliances.l spent a lot of money to replace the things that was destroyed in my apartment. Since l will not be available to show you my apartment due to my present location,and my cousin that would have been able to do that for me on my behalf,has also traveled on a job transfer.You can only pass by and see how my apartment looks like from outside but you must be careful with the way you patrol,in order to avoid been harassed by the neighborhood security.As for me,l think it will be perfect to have the keys/paperwork in hand before going to check our apartment.

l know he will definitely fall in love with my apartment by the time you move in,because it is exactly what it looks like in the pictures that l sent you.
