The solution to see and rent an apartment is to meet me, so I'm ready to come to Italy.
The problem is that I ask for a deposit for the month of deposit and a deposit guarantee in advance to make sure you really want to rent the apartment.
I do not want the money first because I do not need it, I'll buy the ticket with my money and I'm going to use the Escrow service to protect my money and make me look like you have that real rental money.
Now I will explain how it works:
1. I will send the details of the transaction for the commitment;
2. Escrow will check the details of our transaction;
3. After checking the details, Escrow will contact you and send you the invoice along with all payment instructions;
4. In the meantime, you have 24 hours to confirm the payment as collateral.
5. You need to deposit your money into a bank escrow account.
6. After confirming the payment, within 1-2 days I will be in Italy and I will contact you.
7. The commitment keeps the money until you see the apartment.
8. If you do not like the apartment and do not want to rent it, you will immediately receive all the money from the commitment.
9. You must communicate with the commitment after renting your apartment, and send the proof that you have rented the apartment to free up my money. Without your consent and proof of the warranty contract, I will not release any money.
NOTE: The money will be guaranteed on a secure bank account until you see the apartment and sign your contract. If you do not like the apartment after seeing it, Escrow will refund you all the money.
I want to do two very clear things:
1. Rent for the first month € 350 + you will be required to pay a deposit of € 500 (total € 850 the first month).
This security deposit will be refunded at the end of my stay in my apartment.
PS: After this first payment with guarantee, the payment will be made monthly to my bank account at a scheduled time (at your disposal).
2. Payment is a simple formality and you are not obliged to rent the apartment for a fee. Just follow the company's guarantee policy.
Now, to start the transaction, I need the following information:
a) Your full name (name and surname)
b) Current address (street name, house number, post code, city)
c) your phone number (mobile phone or home phone number)
Once I receive this information, I will register my transaction for escrow.
