Thanks for your email and your interest in this property, I personally own the house, I want my property to be well taken good care of, and there are some rules and regulation in which I do give out to tenant that's willing to rent my house so please don't disrespect my order But if you are interested in renting this home, the rules and the regulations goes this way, the surroundings most be well taking care of, you must know the way in which you use the stove so as to avoid fire outbreak, you must not disturb the neighbors, I decided to rent out the property due to our transfer to (TEXAS) on a construction Work in TEXAS,so we are renting it out since we need someone to take good care of the property on our absent. Don't be surprise if you find the home in another (SITE) with different PRICE, I have plan to rent it through Real estate agent before, but they are not serious simply because they have a lot of house to lease out And they added some
money to the rent while there commission is not fair.

Attn: The rent and Utilities are intact such as Dishwasher, Dryer, Electric Stove, Fridge, Washer,Air Condition,Sewage,Trash,all included in the monthly rent, as i am in a governmental programmer that sponsors my utilities on monthly basis etc.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I want you to know that am not after your money but want a nice person that can take very good care of my apartment, am saying this because the last time i rented my Home to a man on a business trip from Sacramento,CA he destroyed some of my property due to taking too much of alcohol and and i spent a lot of money to replace those property and i would not want that to repeat again. also the Home is furnished as it is in the pictures and if you want to move in with your own furniture you can pack my own furniture in the store and make use of yours and if you want to use mine you can pack yours in the store too the choice is yours. i am OK with your move in date and i want you to know that your lease start counting the very day you move in. the total cost for you to move into the Home is $2,170. $1,700 for rent and $1000 for the damage deposit which is refundable at the end of the lease if nothing is damaged in the apartment. i would be sending the Home key's and documents to you at (6858 139th ave ne redmond,WA 98052) via FedEx and the shipment tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track it to know the exact time the package will be delivered to you the next day.So i am with the below document here with me and i will like to know if you are ready for the payment, because i would be coming to check on you so that i will know on how you take care of my Home for me and if it is Okay by you,Here are the contents of the package containing the keys and documents that will be coming to you are:Entrance and the rooms keys, the Home documentary file, a copy of the lease agreement form and payment receipt.
