Thanks for getting back to me ,i am the owner of the property and i did receive your response regarding my property for rent,like i said in the add the home is very much available for immediate move in. you are free to drive by the property,right now i came to London for the holidays but unfortunately my mom fell ill and has to undergo surgery and that is what is keeping me here now but if you are interested in making this home your new home i want you to get back to me with the application and we ll proceed in renting to you.the rent is $650 and the security deposit is $650,the move in requirements are the first/last months rent and the security deposit i can accept half if that is what you have right now. we ll be willing to send the documents and keys to prospective tenant only if application is accepted only then can the home be secured after the confirmation of at least the security deposit .its a 3 beds with 2 Bath and has a Square Feet of 1743 ,its wheelchair accessible.Pets welcome and has a fenced yard the utilities included are,Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher,stove-oven, microwave & Full size washer and dryer(all appliances are energy efficient.)electricity,heating,trash,sewer,cooling ceiling fans,cable-ready,Nice BBQ area,Disposal, breakfast nook, water softener, water purifier.any other utility needed ll be provided by tenant we are doing this to rent our home asap so we someone can be living in it and taking care of it i just hope this wont be in vain because i really want my home to be well taken take of.so i want you to get back to me with the application if you are interested.hurry in your decision so you wont lose home to other interested applicant .Thanks

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
