I'm answer to your request regarding my apartment located on: 159 2nd St Apt 705, JERSEY CITY, NJ!

About location:
It has been professionally finished and decorated with a modern color scheme that coordinates throughout, it looks exactly like in the pictures, totally finished, fully furnished and I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own, NO extra costs!
It has all the facilities and the utilities: washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, juice machine, iron, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, vacuum cleaner. Never used stainless steel! Bright windows with a fresh kitchen and bathrooms.
The apartment have 1,360 sqft distributed in: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen .

Rental conditions:
Can be rented short term basis, month to month without a full length contract!
Only for 12 months rental, the first month will be free!
You'll have the option/priority to extend your stay before lease expire.
For this rental to take place perfectly and in legal terms I decided to involve an agent to handle everything. Now the location is being managed by an agent and it will handle the whole rental process (I will cover all fees involved in the rental procedure). The rent for 1 month is $1,500. The all utilities are included in this price (rent/month). No extra fees!
It means:
- Water,electricity, gas, cable and Internet.
About me:
My name is Thomas Winks I'm working as a Director State of Michigan Workers' Compensation. I'm not looking to make a business or a profit with it, I just want to find the proper tenant, someone who will treat and care my home like it his own. I spend most of my time on the desk and that's why I decide to rent the apartment.
I own the apartment, not subletting or something like that! (billing statement available as proof of ownership if needed)
I will not bother you with anything for the entire duration of your stay as long as you pay the rent in time.
Do not bother asking me for a lower price, it will be a waste of time!
