Re: Spacious Double Room with its own Private Bathroom in Belsize park nw3
Hi,
Yes, it's available for short and long term. Spacious Double Room with its own Private Bathroom in a Luxury 2 bedroom flat share.
The open-plan living and dining area is south facing and is naturally bright and comfortable. The bedroom and flat was redecorated only a couple of days ago.
The flat boasts excellent views over the whole of central London. All 'mod cons' are included, such as, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, electric oven/gas hobs and microwave.
The flat is situated on the highly popular England's Lane. Within seconds of the flat there are plenty of cafes (including starbucks), a Tesco, newsagent, The Washington pub and several restaurants. Primrose Hill is only a couple of minutes walk away and offers a great view of the city. Also within a short distance are the shops, cafes, restaurants and amenities of Primrose Hill and Hampstead and the green, open spaces of Regents Park.
Transport links: 5 minutes walk to both Belsize Park (Edgware Branch of the Northern Line) and Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line). Both are in TFL zone 2.
You will be sharing with a 27 yearS old Australian professional Female.
The Double Room with private bathroom is offered at (£500per month). Bills and council tax are included and Refundable Security deposit:£700, Total Payment: £1,200
Minimum Stay: 1 Month(s)
Maximum stay:1 yr with the option of extending the contract after 12 months
I look forward to hear from you soon.
Best regards!

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member (see below).
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
Hi,
I acknowledge your mail. I'm not a live in Landlord. I will have to come down for viewing on Tomorrow and we can meet for viewing by 5pm (Let me know if the time is ok by you). I need you to confirm if the time is ok by you, because i have other plans. I have a question and fulfillment, you need to make before viewing;
Are you ok with the cost of renting?
Can you show provide evidence that you can afford renting? because i was invited on Saturday for viewing, when Deborah showed interest in the flat and i sent her the flat details and pictures she proceed and schedule to meet for viewing on Saturday, it was after i got down on Saturday expecting Deborah but she didn't show up, she sent me email on Sunday, informing me that she will not be able to come for viewing again as she cant afford the cost of renting and she had decide to stay more in the flat she live in. That is why i had to place the ad again.
So i wasted my time and money transporting myself down because of Deborah, so i really don't want this to happen again, i will like to see proof that you have available money for renting and can afford the cost of renting.
You will need to give someone that's close to you cash for a month rent plus security deposit (£500+£700=£1,200) to transfer to you via MoneyGram or Western Union at the nearest Western Union outlet close to you.You will be the one to collect the money when you arrive for the viewing at the nearest Western Union outlet close to the flat and pay me after you have seen the flat and ok with it.
Here is how to go about it:
Sender's Name.......? Should be your name ( Or the person you gave the money to help do the transfer).
Receiver's Name.........? Should be your name, so you will be in possession of your money. (The money is safe as it is only you that can withdraw it, since you are the receiver)
Receiver's Address.........? Use your address
Then, you send me the Sender's Name and the MTCN (10 Digit Number) as a proof of the transaction. I will have to confirm online with Western Union if the money is available for you. With Western Union Online confirmation link:
http://www.westernunion.co.uk/WUCOMWEB/ ... e=HomePage
I know MoneyGram/Western Union office will require some charges for the transaction, but i promise to refund the transaction charges back, when we meet for viewing.
With this i will be sure you can afford and capable of renting the room, then, I will come and meet you for viewing. So after viewing you can pay me in Cash if you like the room and if you dont like it, you can go with your money.
I have had several cases of people we had a deal for viewing and fail to turn up is either they cannot afford the rent or the security deposit required but want me to come down with the aim of renegotiating.
I do not want you to have the feeling that I am asking for money BEFORE you see what you are renting because I know that payment is meant to be done AFTER you have seen the Flat and okay with it that is why I said you should make the transfer to yourself so that you will be the one to receive the money and pay me in person after the viewing.
I'm sorry for any inconveniency this might cause but just have to be sure you can afford renting before coming for viewing.
Best regards
Coolen
