30309 {Unit Number won't be disclosed now for security reasons)See attached pictures of the rental form , and the monthly rent is $800 includes all utilities.An advance First month rent payment plus the Refundable security deposit of $800 shall be paid before move in and before receiving the keys and legal papers.
NOTE: Landlord of the unit does not reside in the unit nor in the city but monthly rent shall be paid directly into the landlord banking account and your filled rental application form shall be reviewed by me and the landlord before approval so viewing and walk through will not be possible but you can only view from outside and the neighborhood.And for how to get the keys this wouldn't be an issue as i will mail legal papers,keys and payment receipt to your current address to be received by you via USPS on next day delivery.i have been getting different enquirers on these apartment but i will prefer to give it to you because you sound responsible,Also a signed lease agreement will be prepared by my landlord for you to review and sign before payment if you are chosen as the new tenant.If you will need to vacate the apartment, notice shall be given 2 to 4 weeks prior to intended day of moving.
The security deposit shall be refunded on or before the day of vacating the apartment.Please return the filled application at your convenience, which I expect to receive the approval from my landlord.
I am willing to review the sublease agreement and seal the deal as soon as possible.
