We are looking for responsible tenants that is God fearing and also going to take good care of our home while we are away and we will be trusting you that you are going to be taking good care of our home as we left it,the home is for long term and short term lease is also acceptable. The rent is $800 per month,Security Deposit $400 which include the utilities such as Water/Sewer,heat,hydro,gas, internet access e.t.c

The home is furnished but you can bring your things along.
