Hello,

I have seen that you are interested in renting an apartment in Street General Pardiñas, 83, Madrid.

The apartment has 117m2 divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony.

The rental price is € 1100 / month + € 100 expenses apartment (Community, water, electricity, internet and television, garage and storage).

How long you would like to rent and how many people live in the apartment?

Below you can see the pictures of my apartment.

Thanks in advance and I hope your reply soon,
Elisa Angela Carola

Angela Elisa Carola <[email protected]>:
Hello,

Let me explain the process step by step for a better understanding:

- I'm going to list my property on Airbnb for € 1,200 per month with all expenses included (community, water, electricity, internet and television).

- The lease must be at least 1 month to 5 years.

- to rent long term Airbnb requires a deposit of two months (€ 2,400) to organize the visit. If you choose to rent the apartment this deposit is calculated as the first month's rent and the month deposit will be returned at the end of the contract.

- After completing the booking Airbnb, the deposit remains in the account protection to inspect the house.
If there is something you do not like, you can have a full refund on the same day, but I assure you that the property is exactly as seen in the photos.

- As I mentioned, a vision before booking is not possible since I'm not in Madrid, but once you confirm the booking Airbnb will come in person to give you the keys and make the contract.

If you understand the process Airbnb and willing to make your reservation, let me know and I'll send you the link to my property.

Best regards,
Elisa Angela Carola
