I bought this apartment from my daughter during her studies, but now she is back home permanently, so I am renting the place for unlimited time.
Rental conditions:
Unfortunately I can not be available to bargain face to face deal due the big distance between us! For me this will not be a problem since I decided to involve AIRBNB long term lease (I will cover all the agent charges) for this rental to take place perfectly and in legal terms. I hope you are familiar with it, if not I will explain how it works in my next email.
The rent for 1 month is $2,500.
The lease is flexible, can be month to month, min stay 1 month - max 5 years.
About flat:
- The flat is exactly as in the photos, furnished and renovated.
- The flat have 1,351 sqft passed on: 2 rooms, 3 washrooms, a large living room and kitchen.
- The utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet access, digital TV, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine) are included in the rental price, also you will have 1 parking space available. The price will not increase monthly, it will remain the same for the whole period that the contract will be signed for.
Try not approaching me at a lower cost, it will be a waste of time!

You can inspect the flat in the presence of the rental agent, everything will be carried out in a safe manner and you don`t need to worry. I added the flat to their site (because I`m a user member since 2011) as well and you can rent it directly from them in an easy way.
This is how Airbnb work :
1) After you access my apartment from the link that Airbnb provide you, select the date when you want to move into the apt (stay # months) and click on request to book.
2) After sign in you must completed all the details (name,address) and continue , Airbnb will present you all the details about the transaction and how you can make the deposit. You must read all the terms and if you agree with that , you just need to confirm your booking .
3) After the book is done, Airbnb will contact you via text message or email with the payment invoice and then you must make the deposit $2,500 (first month) to Airbnb and send them your confirmation. After that an Airbnb agent will contact you to visit the apartment and sign the agreement.
4) If you do not want to rent the flat or do not like it, the Airbnb agent will give you a full refund ($2,500) immediately and you have to return the keys and the contract.
