The apartment is not shared, you will be living in the apartment alone unless you want to move in with someone.



THE KIND OF TENANT I WANT: I'm interested in renting my apartment to either a professional or a student that is responsible amd can take good care of the apartment, I beleive no one is perfect but general cleanliness is a must,I'm really hopeful of finding someone that can enjoy the atmosphere of the apartment and at the same time focus and adhere to the setdown rules(although there aren't any, just cleanliness which is paramount), I guess I have a “you use it, you clean it” way of looking at things,I don’t smoke and I don’t have a pet but I'm pet friendly.



LITTLE ABOUT ME: My name is Shawn Morrissey, I'm a writer and i really enjoyed what i do, I really love my work I have lived virtually all my life in boston although i travel alot to different cities in and outside US but i enjoyed living here that is why i bought this apartment, I'm 55 years of age, let me say I'm a loving and trustworthy person who is respectful to kids and pets and honest, caring, I'm About as laid back & easy going as can be. Due to my ailment(Demantia) i have to RETIRE and my child has moved me with him to Texas for proper care due to my wife been late(she died 8 years ago) because he feels i can't take care of myself alone so i live with him now in Texas.in her apartment in USA.That is why i need someone clean and neat to take very good care of my apartment.





I will like to know little about you,

which work do you do?

where you are from and

when you will like to move in?

Are you in Boston now or just want to come Here?



Also I'm confidently assuring you that you will be more than satisfied when you move in into the apartment.Although I might not know the kind of person you are but I believe even knowing you before moving in doesn't mean I would know if you have any hidden bad behavior or something but i trust easily and i beleive with your response we can work something out.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
