Let me explain you the process on Airbnb step by step for a better understanding:

- I will list the property on Airbnb for € 600 per month . The rental contract must be made for at least 1 month - up to 4 years.

- You will have to pay 3 months ( € 1,800 ) to Airbnb in order to confirm your booking. This 3 months covers ( 1 month of rent + 2 months security deposit ) . You will receive back the security deposit at the end of the contract .

- After you will complete the booking online on Airbnb your deposit will be in their secure system. In case there is something that you do not like, you can have a full refund in the same day, but I assure you that the property is very beautiful and clean;

- Viewing before booking is not possible since I'm not in Spain, but once you confirm the booking on Airbnb i'll come in person to give you the keys and to make the contract .

I'm able to send you the listing with my property on Airbnb if you're interested to make the booking .

Permítame explicarle el proceso paso a paso para una mejor comprensión:

- Voy a listar my propiedad en Airbnb por 850 € por mes con todos los gastos incluidos (comunidad, agua, electricidad, internet y televisión).

- El contrato de alquiler debe ser mínimo 1 mes hasta 5 años.

- Para alquilar a largo plazo Airbnb exige un depósito de tres meses ( 2.550 € ) para organizar la visita. Si decide alquilar el piso este depósito se calcula como el primer mes de alquiler los dos meses de fianza que se reembolsara al final del contrato.

- Después de completar la reserva en Airbnb, el depósito se queda en la cuenta de protección hasta que inspeccione la casa.
En caso de que hay algo que no te gusta, puedes tener un reembolso completo en el mismo día, pero te aseguro que la propiedad esta exactamente como se ve en las fotos.

- Como mencioné, una visión antes de reservar no es posible ya que no estoy en Sant Antoni, pero una vez que confirmes la reserva en Airbnb voy a venir en persona para darte las llaves y hacer el contrato.
