About location:
Apartment is very clean and in a quiet location, ready as we speak. Now the location is being managed by an agent and it will handle the whole rental process (I will cover all fees involved in the rental procedure).

I am looking for someone to rent the place anywhere from 1 month to 5 years, a accountable person that may take a very good care of my place. I will not trouble you with anything for the entire length of your stay as long as you pay the lease in time.Do not bother asking me for a lower price, it will be a waste of time!

Everything sounds good but unfortunately i can not be present to deal in person but for me this will not be a problem, since i have arrange to rent the apartment through Airbnb, (I have paid some additional fees for this type of service), which is the largest international website that deals specifically in properties of rents. An agent from them will show you the apartment if you are really interested to rent.

In order to go forward with this rent and agent contact you, i will need:
- Your telephone number (for the agent to call you)
- Your full name
- The period of time you plan to live there
- Move-in date that you prefer
I will start the process with my realtor ( its a third party agency that will handle the lease agreement ) , providing them your information. After that you will receive a notification message from them, which contains a receipt with all the instructions. You must follow to complete the process and receive the keys and the rental agreement.
As for the payment, you will obtain all the necessary steps in the invoice, so you can complete the deposit , following the realtor payment instructions. Your deposit will be maintained and secured until you check the apartment and decide whether you want to rent it or not.
The deposit will be $1600 and will be fully refundable if you don`t like the house . The deposit will remain like first month rent and for 12 months rental, the last month will be free! If you like to move forward let me know and my realtor will get in touch with you.
