The apartment is new renovated , furnished and fully equipped .
Utility cost are included in rent price ( water, gas, heating ,electricity).
The rent is 610 Euro/ Month . The security deposit is 1200 Euro, and you get it back when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice).
I would like to know few things about you of course, like if you have a job or not and how will you pay the rent and if the deposit is a problem for you because the apartment is free and you can move in right away.

I got this job contract on 25 th June . They requested me to go on board for some training . After training ends ,they will go offshore for the next few months . I will be available for a meeting at the end of September
