Thanks for your email query regarding my apartment and I'm sorry for the delayed answer.
My name is Jennifer Taylor, I have been working in the United States over the last 5 years as a research engineer for a pharmaceutical company and I bought this apartment during my stay there. Now I have returned home to Canada, so I need a good and responsible tenant to take care of the property and keep it in my absence. The apartment is in excellent condition, it consists of living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and has 750 sqft sqft (see photos - https://postimg.cc/gallery/pkd090pa/). The rent is $750 per month and includes all utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating, internet, cable tv, parking spot). Also, a security deposit of $750 is required at the start of the lease which is held against damages and will be reimbursed at the end of the contract (30 days notice required). The lease is flexible, with a minimum stay of 6 months to a maximum of 10 years. I have no problem if you have pets, as long as you clean up after them.
If you are further interested, please give me some information about yourself (photos, age, job, lifestyle or whatever you think makes you a good tenant).
In the meantime, please confirm the following:
· How many people would be living at the property?
· When would you like to move in? (exact date)
· What term/length lease would you like?
· When are your most suitable times/days to view the property?
