Its a very nice standard building recently renovated. Access to the apartment is secured by a security code and intercom. The apartment consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lounge/dining room. The sleeping area consists of one single bed. The living room area consists on a table allowing to accommodate up to 5 guests and a lounge with a beautiful sofa, coffee table and a nice decorative fireplace. The bathrooms, very modern has a separate shower and bathtub. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a small eat-in space. To conclude, it is a beautiful apartment in a conducive environment, brandy new, which is perfect for a family who wants to discover Vienna while enjoying a true Austria life. The location is great and was one of the preferred areas by all American people in the 20s, with cultural attractions in the area,holiday sites, shopping centers, malls, restaurants and public transportation is just around the corner. I'm presently on a working trip in United Kingdom and the keys to the apartment is with me here.. The whole apartment cost €700, if you do not wish to rent the whole apartment and would prefer to share, there is an option for you to take one of the 2 rooms and I will get someone else to occupy the other room.Perhaps, I have attached the pictures of the apartment as file for you to see, access my claims and view.Am the direct owner of the apartment and am giving it out at a reasonable price because the apartment has been empty for couple months and i need an urgent occupancy to take care of the it since am still in United Kingdom.The apartment is still available at the moment and it opened to both long andshort term lease as long as you want it.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will deliver the keys personally.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Thanks for the quick response. That sound good to hear that you're interested in my apartment and i bet you really gonna enjoy your stay in my apartment because its a very nice and neat apartment and also situated in a good environment plus a good neighborhood..I would be flying to Vienna to hand over the keys to you as soon as the agreement has been reached and the deposit payment is confirmed because I'm outside U.K right now, I'm in Northern part of Ireland. Anyways,the next step to proceed to is the mode of registration to prepare the contract document for you as you're interested in my apartment and i already draft below for you and do go through it carefully below:
MODE OF REGISTRATION
* Tenants will supply his/her details to prepare the contract documents.
* Tenants will email a confirmation message to me to confirm that he/she received the contract documents.
* Tenants will print out the Contract Documents and then Sign it.
* Tenants will pay the deposit payment via Regular Money Transfer(western union money transfer) to my Lawyer and the receipt will be attached to the contract documents and scan back to me for confirmation and proper documentations.
