Actually the apartment is still very much available for rent. The apartment is available for (€800 Per Month / € 700 Security Deposit) per monthly including the utilities, rent which i think is not too much, i just need someone with an open heart, love and clean to occupy the home and put all my worries off concerning the maintenance of the apartment . The accommodation comprises is really complete with good Kitchen, Breakfast room, Bedroom, Bathroom and a separate WC.. Facilities Internet connection, Electronics like satellite TV and which you have to pay for the subscription, a Sony DVD player, air conditioning, alarm system ETC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, refrigerator-freezer, four-hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Also the keys to the flat are right here with me, and the document. Which i can send to you after all necessary agreement has be accomplished. after you fill this form, Rental Application Form is there for you to fill out i have attach it. After i have confirm that you have fill the application form, then i will attach the Contract Agreement for you to sign. Then i can produce the receipt and all the necessary documents needed for you Before you move in, So please you will send me your full Address which you want the keys to deliver and the Document, please do not let us down in this our property, Looking forward to hear from you with all this details so that i can have it in my file in case of issuing the receipt for you and contacting you. This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
