What you have to provide is very simple,I am just in need of a confirmation proof,And these is due to some previous predicament that i have gone through in the past,Trying to rent the property to some student,I have got to realize so many people are not really in need of a property at the moment,All they do is secure a place in advance,My last experience in trying to rent the property to a particular lady,Got me to predicate on these,She made me believe she was willing and ready to get the property,She even went to the extend of showing me her statement of account,Which made me took her for the viewing,But after taking her for the viewing,She saw the property and got to love it and never wanted to loose it,So she kept pleading i retain it for her because she wasn't financially composed at the moment,Which i did because i did pity are situation,But it all ended up disastrously.
So basically for me to be sure of you been willing and ready to get the property i will implore you walk into any Western Union outlet and send the 400 to any of your friend or your partner via Western Union,Or your partner should send it to you,All i need is for you to get back to me with a scan copy of the receipt issued to you after making the transaction so i can confirm it,And as soon as i can confirm these i will get back to you immediately,And then your partner can go and withdraw the money back for you,But i have to confirm it first,After this we can have a rendezvous to meet right immediately and view the property,I hope you understand,Well you can call me if you need me to explain better,07024044128,Thanks.

Regards

Henry

Of course the tenancy agreement is ready, but that is the proof i require,i am not asking you to pay me yet, please try and read my words carefully and i am very sure you will understand me,I am not asking you to pay me now,I am just in need of a confirmation proof,I am not asking you to pay me now,I am not asking you to send the money to me,All you need to do is send the money to any of your friend or your partner via Western Union,Once you make the transfer to your friend via Western Union,The Western Union will issue you a confirmation receipt of the transaction,It means your friend has the access to withdraw the money for you any time any day from Western Union,But before your friend go and withdraw the money for you,Just get back to me first with a scan copy of the receipt to my email,So i can confirm it.

There are two main reason why you have to get the proof of the Western Union done.

1...You have to get the proof done because what i require for the proof is not a suggestion,It is based on an Undertaking signed by me and my personal lawyer due to some previous predicament,Because i have been messed around before,So it is the protocol. It is what you have to do before the viewing time.

2...You have to get it done so i can be sure of you been willing and ready to get the property and perhaps been capable of the rent bill.

And you don't have to worry about the Western Union charges because based on the protocol. It is my personal responsibility and i am going to refund it back to you when you come over for the viewing,So you don't have to worry about the charges.I am totally aware of the western union charges.

not heard from henry since i said i would not pay through western union....

Excuse me,does it sound as if i am joking here,i told you that is what i require for the proof, there is no way i can proceed without confirming the proof

i replied, ok i will sort it.....

can we catch them by saying i will meet with money?
by Con Warner Mon Mar 07, 2011 6:19 am
^^ Thanks for posting coralqueen.
Unfortunately, we can't catch them as they work anonymously from another country.
The scammer has no intention of coming to meet you in order to show you a property that he doesn't own.
That is why he is pushing for the payment through Western Union.
Even though the payment is to a friend, he can collect the money if you give him the receipt details.

Hello coralqueen,

When a scammer has the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) of a Western Union payment, he can use that number to collect the payment himself, regardless of which name it was paid to, or which country the transfer was sent to.

my scammer thinks i am still interested, enjoying leading him on... :=)

Regarding the procedure,All you need to do is just walk into any Western Union and tell the Western Union agent you want to transfer some money to your partner, That's all.

The Western Union is a Money Transfer company, Just like the bank. It is the same thing as the bank

Just that with the Western Union,You don't need ANY bank account, you don't need an account at all to make the transaction.

It is just a name to name transaction.

All you need to do is withdraw the money from bank,And then go to the Western Union, because the western union deal with cash, Just tell the agent you want to send some money to your partner, And they will issue you a teller to fill.

The only necessary information you will be in need of is your full name as the sender and your partner's full name as the receiver,That's all.

E.g..You will see a space like this,Just fill it.

SENDER.....HENRY BUTLER

RECEIVER...LAURA BUTLER

Once you fill it,Give the teller to the agent and pay the money, Because they deal with only cash.Once you give the agent the cash.

They will have the money fix in for your partner.

And that means your partner has the access to withdraw the money
for you any time any day from the Western Union

But your partner do not have to withdraw it yet,Firstly get back to me first for confirmation.

It is after i have confirmed it,And after the viewing, then your partner can go and withdraw it.

And note there is going to be a Western Union charges which is going to cost 20 or 25 pounds,But you don't have to worry about it.

I will refund it back to you when you come over for the viewing,It is my personal responsibility,Based on the protocol,It doesn't matter if you change your mind,I will still refund it back.

But your partner do not have to withdraw it yet,it is after the viewing and everything, then later your partner can go and withdraw the money for you.

So i hope you totally understand now,Please do let me know.

Regards

Henry

The same scam is also operating under the name Michael Canfield- [email protected], using the same number. I know this because I have encounted the exact same emails, different location, over the past few days. Can't believe people get away with this!

Thank you for posting this additional information modex and welcome to ScamWarners!

As you have found, scammers often use the same script to victims or use multiple email addresses. It is very unfortunate they can get away with scamming. Our goal here is to educate, support and warn about scams. You have helped up by posting this information. Thank you
